What is Earth Month in the Heights?

“Earth Month in the Heights” is a collaborative effort led by the Cleveland Heights Green Team in partnership with local schools, organizations, environmental groups, and residents to affirm that we all have the responsibility and power to protect our environment, live healthier lives, and create an equitable, prosperous green economy for all.

Who can participate?

Everyone! Heights (CH and UH) residents,  grassroots groups, neighborhood associations, businesses, schools, and government entities are welcome to organize and participate in a wide range of events aimed to engage, inform, and inspire transformational community action.

What kind of activities can I plan?

It could be hands-on green space or neighborhood beautification projects, nature walk, tree planting, sprucing neighborhood gardens, “how to” seminars, forums, art exhibits,  upcycle workshops for children and adults, bike rallies, group PLALKINGPLOGGING, and/or PLIKING. The options are limitless,.

The idea is to bring the community together and offer opportunities for everyone to join and connect.

How can I participate?
